Diamond FX Palette contains wax-based, water activated paint. At first sight the Neon paints seem to have less coverage, they are however incredibly bright under blacklight and can be painted over any color, while maintaining their brightness and coverage.
 
DFX paints are formulated with EEC and FDA compliant cosmetic ingredients however
